Taé Nosaka
Taé Nosaka is the University Learning Communities Coordinator/Director of the Key Communities at Colorado State University. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing intentional, academically-integrated, diverse learning communities, and developing standards and expectations for learning community implementation. Taé has a B.S. in Natural Resources Management and a M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from CSU.
Heather Novak
Dr. Heather Novak, Assistant Director for Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness at Colorado State University, has 12 years of professional research experience at CSU. She is passionate about understanding the institutional factors influencing undergraduate student success, especially for low-income and first-generation students. Her academic training focused on both quantitative and qualitative research methods and her expertise is in multivariate analyses and quasi-experimental research design. She enjoys working on ad hoc research projects to inform policy and curriculum.
Ryan Barone
Ryan Barone serves as Assistant Vice President for Student Success at Colorado State University. In this role, Barone leads the academic cluster in student affairs consisting of student success projects staff, the Career Center, the Academic Advancement Center, the Colorado Challenge, and The Collaborative for Student Achievement. He also provides leadership in the development and implementation of the University’s student success initiatives, working collaboratively with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. He received his PhD in Higher Education from the University of Denver in 2014 with a specialization in Diversity and Higher Learning.
Lucy Paltoo-Brady
Lucy Paltoo-Brady is an advisor and instructor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University.
