Kimberlyn Brooks

Kimberlyn Brooks is Associate Director for Undergraduate Education at Bowling Green State University. In this role, she provides data analysis to constituents such as Learning Communities, Math Emporium, College offices, Provost's Office, Student Affairs's offices. Additionally, she produces persistence and retention (predictive and prescriptive) models, works across Academic Affairs and Student Affairs to improve persistence and retention rates, and manages Initiatives such as Linked Courses, BGSU 1910, and the Learning Assistants program. She previously served in faculty and administrator roles at Cuyahoga Community College and Tiffin University.

Andrew Alt

Andrew Alt is Assistant Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Director of Advising at Bowling Green State University. In this role, Alt leads and coordinatse various enrollment, retention, and student support programs throughout the student life cycle at both the Bowling Green and Firelands regional campuses. He is also responsible for operationalizing components of the University strategic plan, including alignment and consistent delivery of a technology supported and data driven academic advising enterprise and a coordinated student retention network across campus.
Along with a team of college advising Directors and Assistant Directors, Alt works to successfully facilitate high-level collaborations with all University divisions, areas, and units, resulting in student success, achievement of learning outcomes, and timely graduation. He is responsible for leadership and advancement of undergraduate advising, and for ensuring an advising structure that provides diverse student populations with meaningful opportunities for student learning, development and engagement in the academic experience. He is currently pursuing his EdD in Leadership Studies at BGSU.
